The Now Process is a formula that can be applied to our everyday life with great ease. There is no special trick to getting it right nor to getting it wrong. The processing of our thoughts and feeling and eventualities requires nothing more than a sit down with oneself from a particular viewpoint.
Unlike many other goal-oriented processing tools, the Now Process is not about outcomes. We are not seeking a particular feeling nor bringing about a specific objective like health or peace or betterment of any kind. No. The Now Process is a way of looking at what-is in order to accept the next flow moment into what-is without ever stopping to evaluate what-is in some final judgement.
In the Now Process, there is no finality. It is all an ongoing conversation with the universe, with ourself, with one another, with our part to play, with the weather and whether of whatever presents itself to us. And it is definitely not a matter of applying rules to anybody, including oneself, nor of deciding which way one should go in life. It is, in essence, an open-ended allowing and unmitigated exploration of what-is.
About
We are a rogue collective of bird watchers. We’ve been known to sneak through fences, climb perimeter walls, and generally trespass in order to observe the rarest of birds.
